Choose your harness size based by your under chest circumference (area between your chest and waist).
XS/S: Under chest 75 cm (adjustable 70-80 cm)
M/L: Under chest 90 cm (adjustable 85-95 cm)
XL: Under chest 105 cm (adjustable 100-110 cm).
